THE DIRECTLY FIRED AIR HEATER

Heating power:

  • 40 to 290 kW
  • amount of air circulated: 3.500 to 25.000 m³/h (in serial version, special versions on demand)


Particularities:

  • Combustion chamber made of highly heat resistant scale free stainless steel
  • The ancillary heating surface is made of acid-proof stainless steel
  • Both parts are delivered separately, so that there are usually no transport problems
  • Combustion chamber and ancillary heating surface are welded to each other gas-tight on site
  • With integrated condensate removal


Due to the high quality materials and intelligent constructions we grant a 10-year warranty on combustion chamber and ancillary heating surface provided you conclude a maintenance contract with us.

  • all cover pieces are removable, abrasion-proof and painted on the outside.
  • all systems are fitted with large-size filters of quality grade 4 (or higher) and with special sound absorbers.


Field of application:

  • In all churches that have a functioning branched ductwork with up-to-date damping, with no need to heat adjoining rooms separately..

THE WARM-WATER AIR HEATER
THE UNIVERSAL CHURCH HEATING


THE WARM-WATER AIR HEATER

Heating power:

  • 12 to 325 kW
  • amount of air circulated 1.000 to 28.000 m³/h, (in serial version, special versions are possible)


Particularities:

  • High efficiency EC motors with continuous control and improved ventilation technology
  • Drive without V-belt
  • Heating register designed for the utilization of condensing effect
  • Meets the Efficiency requirements of European Union Standard ErP 1253


All cover pieces can be removed, are abrasion-proof on the inside and painted on the outside. All systems are equipped with well dimensioned frame filters class G4 or cassette filters class F7 and customized silencers.


Field of application:

  • In all churches that have a functioning branched ductwork with up-to-date damping.
  • Adjoining rooms can be easily warmed up.


Usable energies:

  • Gas, oil
  • Pellets or other solid combustibles
  • Can be connected to a district heating system


Advantages of the system:

  • When there is a good ductwork in place, the warm-water air heater is a solid solution that makes it possible to heat adjoining rooms separately.
  • Duct system can be used completely.
  • Very economical.
  • Ventilator drive can be ordered in a stepless version.

The MAHRCALOR® System
THE FLEXIBLE AND GENTLE CHURCH HEATING


The MAHRCALOR® - System

Heating power oft he compact heating stations:

  • 13 to 39 kW
  • amount of air circulated 1.000 to 3.000 m³/h


Particularities:

  • Ventilator drive stepless
  • Heating register for low water temperatures (in standard version)
  • Caloric value register available
  • Casing of the heating stations made of stainless steel and insulated in an abrasive-proof way on the inside.
  • The heating stations are equipped with a sliding connecting piece to exactly adapt them to the flooring and are designed to statically absorb earth pressure. Therefore a normal excavation is enough for their integration – no need for a brick or concrete trough or even a concrete foundation piece.
  • By means of an intelligent duct system and sound absorbers on both the air intake side and the outlet side operation is very silent.

 

 

Restrictions in the operation of the heating stations during church service are not necessary. All heating stations are equipped with filters of grade G4.

Field of application:

  • In all churches that have no duct system or a duct system with a worn out or insufficient duct system.
  • MAHRCALOR® heating stations are also available as electrical heating stations. These are suitable for heating small churches or remote chapels where it is problematic to bring other energies like oil, gas or construct a chimney.
  • Electrical heating stations are available with a power of 15 or 30 kW. The dimension of the excavation are identical with those of our SC-heating stations.

  • Can be connected to a district heating system.


Advantages of the system:

  • Significantly less impact on the fabric of the building than when building a duct system for a conventional warm-air heating
  • A very balanced distribution of warm air in the interior of the church on a horizontal and on a vertical axis

  • Heating register designed for low water temperatures (in standard version)

  • all covering pieces can be removed, are abrasion-proof and painted on the outside


Field of application:

  • In all churches with a functioning branched ductwork, but without insulation, or in which a comprehensive renovation of the duct system and the insulation is on the agenda.


Usable energies:

  • Gas, oil
  • Pellets or other solid combustibles
  • Can be connected to a district heating system


Advantages of the system:

  • Provided there is a good duct system, the economic®-System is a solution that offers to heat adjoining rooms separately without the necessity of renovating the duct insulation.
  • Stepless ventilator drive optional
  • Separate heating of adjoining rooms is possible
  • No loss of heating power during the transport through the ducts

ON-THE-FLOOR HEATING STATIONS BY MAHR


MAHR ont-the-floor heating stations


The beneficial construction of our MAHRCALOR® heating stations and their extremely silent functioning convinced us to manufacture on-the-floor heating stations based on MAHRCALOR® heating stations as well.

The technical features of these chests are identical with our MAHRCALOR® heating stations. However, they can be adapted to their surroundings by choosing suitable colours. The air leaving the chests can be steered horizontally or vertically.

THE SOLUTION FOR SMALL ROOMS


MAHR SILENT – THE WHISPERING ROOM HEATER


When designing heating systems for smaller churches, one often encounters difficulties due to the restricted space - problems you don´t find in large churches. Even in a large church it happens that an “under-the-floor” heating station cannot be built in, e.g. because of a basement.

For cases like this we have designed a special construction

A major pre-condition to fulfill was that of a silent operation to make sure the system can continue to work even during church service without any restrictions. Owing to their technical equipment these room heaters can be operated fully automatically and without steps, just as you know it from our MAHRCALOR®-heating stations.

This room heater offers everything you expect in a complete air heating system:

  • Filters with a large surface
  • Sound absorbers
  • Damper registerr
  • Grid
  • Ventilators with a stepless drive


In a small church, installing one or two of our MAHR-Silent-Room heaters can be sufficient. Of course you can combine these room heaters easily with our successful MAHRCALOR®-heating stations, or use them to heat adjoining rooms.
